(Roy) Parke, Jr. after immigrating from Northern Ireland in 1924, expanded to hundreds of acres in Plant City, FL, specializing in strawberries, citrus, and vegetables.In 1969, Roy's daughter Cheryl and her husband Jim Meeks opened Parkesdale Farm Market, now Florida's largest for strawberries, citrus, and produce.Three generations have continued the commitment to delivering high-quality products in demand nationwide.

I. Love getting jams & preserves from Parksdale Market. I’ve been to the farms in Plant City. The produce is fresh, ripe & tasty. The fruit requires less sugar. They provide high quality products.

The strawberry jam is VERY delicious. We first went to Parkesdale in March of 2023, when we purchased our first jar of jam and had to have more. Sure to get more in the future! The strawberry shortcake was soooo good too!!!
