Parkesdale Farms, founded by R.E. (Roy) Parke, Jr. after immigrating from Northern Ireland in 1924, expanded to hundreds of acres in Plant City, FL, specializing in strawberries, citrus, and vegetables.In 1969, Roy's daughter Cheryl and her husband Jim Meeks opened Parkesdale Farm Market, now Florida's largest for strawberries, citrus, and produce.Three generations have continued the commitment to delivering high-quality products in demand nationwide.

Strawberry delight

Used to eat these cookies years ago going to see my Grandma. She lived in Plant City with other relatives. That was the joy of going to Florida, eating the wonderful strawberry cookies.

JUST YUM!!!

It's really hard to stop with one cookie!
The pieces of real strawberries, ifin the soft crunchy cookies, melt in your mouth!!

Quite tasty with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream between two cookies too!

Not so much!

I was excited to try these cookies and share them with my staff. Most of us found them to taste very artificial and unusual after taste.
