Parkesdale Farms, founded by R.E. (Roy) Parke, Jr. after immigrating from Northern Ireland in 1924, expanded to hundreds of acres in Plant City, FL, specializing in strawberries, citrus, and vegetables.In 1969, Roy's daughter Cheryl and her husband Jim Meeks opened Parkesdale Farm Market, now Florida's largest for strawberries, citrus, and produce.Three generations have continued the commitment to delivering high-quality products in demand nationwide.

We bought these cookies and cakes at the strawberry festival last Saturday and they are the crowd pleaser. My husband's most favorite cookies.
