Parkesdale Farms, founded by R.E. (Roy) Parke, Jr. after immigrating from Northern Ireland in 1924, expanded to hundreds of acres in Plant City, FL, specializing in strawberries, citrus, and vegetables.In 1969, Roy's daughter Cheryl and her husband Jim Meeks opened Parkesdale Farm Market, now Florida's largest for strawberries, citrus, and produce.Three generations have continued the commitment to delivering high-quality products in demand nationwide.

Love Parkesdale Market products as well as high quality customer service. The only gripe that I've gotten from someone I gifted the Strawberry Cookie Basket to was that there was no way too much red dye in the cookies. So much so, that they won't eat them. Not sure if the food dye is needed but it was a complaint that I got from someone I did give it to, none the less. Everything else was great.
